Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management experience in automation or industrial systems.
• Experience with integrated systems, motion control, or drives.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional programs in global environments.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with stage-gate, Agile, or hybrid approaches.

Responsibilities

• Define program scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables aligned with product strategy and customer requirements.
• Develop and manage detailed program plans with milestones, dependencies, and resources.
• Coordinate across Product Management, Systems Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Engineering.
• Track program performance relative to growth, margin, and adoption targets.
• Coordinate product launches with engineering, operations, and support teams.
