Responsibilities

• Own complex product designs end-to-end from concept through production and field support.
• Lead architectural decisions, advanced validation, and changes with business impact.
• Mentor Product Engineer I and II and provide technical leadership.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain to optimize producibility and cost.
• Ensure designs comply with standards, regulations, and internal controls.
• Maintain high-quality technical documentation and design records.
