Job summary

One Medical Seniors in Shoreline, WA is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our outpatient practices. The NP/PA will work with the medical director to deliver high-quality primary care in a value-based care setting, helping restore humanity to healthcare and improve patient outcomes.

Requirements include at least 2 years of primary care experience, Washington licensure or eligibility, and board certification.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of primary care experience.
• Currently licensed or eligible for licensure in Washington.
• Board Certification in appropriate field.
• Ability to build strong relationships with team members and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide best in class comprehensive primary care in an outpatient setting.
• Partner with the care team and geriatric-focused models to engage our patient population and drive behavior change.
• Utilize our proprietary EHR to plan care and maximize impact on population health.
• Support a team-based practice model with leadership that values work-life balance.
