Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build collaborative internal and external relationships to provide client advice and service for Not-for-Profit clients
• Serve as trusted advisor delivering tailored business banking products and solutions
• Manage a portfolio of 50-65 clients; grow portfolio by prospecting for new clients
• Manage credit opportunities within portfolio up to $40 million
• Utilize referral networks to identify new clients and cultivate long-term relationships
• Analyze organizations to drive profitability and growth while maintaining risk controls
• Protect the firm by following risk management protocols and regulatory requirements
