Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in Columbus, OH, seeks a Business Relationship Manager Senior Not-for-Profit to manage existing client relationships and develop strategies focused on client selection. You will ensure an outstanding client experience while adhering to regulatory and risk frameworks specific to Not-for-Profit clients.

You will build and maintain a robust network, act as a trusted advisor, and grow the Not-for-Profit portfolio with sound risk management and compliance.”

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years' experience in business banking relationship management or related lending.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of the requirements, laws, regulations, and risk management for Not-for-Profit client base.
• Ability to identify innovative solutions to serve clients and manage risk.
• Strong judgment to offer customized solutions and monitor segment trends.

Responsibilities

• Build collaborative internal and external relationships to provide best-in-class client advice and service.
• Serve as trusted advisor delivering tailored Not-for-Profit banking products and solutions.
• Manage a portfolio of 50-65 clients; grow it by prospecting and deepening relationships.
• Manage credit opportunities within portfolio up to $40 million.
• Leverage referral networks to identify and pursue new clients.
• Understand client organizations and analyze growth opportunities to ensure profitability.
• Protect the firm by following risk management and regulatory requirements.
