Job summary

Brandywine Counseling & Community Services, Inc. seeks a Controller to lead financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls, and treasury functions. The role includes managing payroll, accounts payable and receivable, and coordinating with external auditors and tax authorities. A CPA/CMA and nonprofit experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• CPA or CMA designation preferred or required by employer.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes and produce financial statements.
• Assist leadership in budgeting and forecasting, monitor variances.
• Develop and maintain internal accounting policies to safeguard assets and mitigate risk.
• Manage Payroll, AP, AR, and supervise accounting staff.
