Job summary

AssureSoft is seeking a seasoned software engineer to design, develop, and optimize web applications and backend services. You will work with Node.js and TypeScript, build and integrate REST APIs, and collaborate with QA and leads to deliver high-quality software.

Experience with React.js, SQL Server, MongoDB, Git, and CI/CD pipelines is required. Knowledge of AI-assisted development tools and cloud/container experiences are a plus.

Qualifications

• Solid professional software development experience at a senior engineering level.
• Proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript for backend development.
• Hands-on experience with React.js or comparable modern front-end frameworks.
• Experience developing and integrating REST APIs and web services.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL Server.
• Experience with non-relational databases and MongoDB.
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows.
• Hands-on experience using AI-assisted software development tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications and backend services.
• Develop, enhance, and integrate backend services using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Design, build, and consume APIs for application functionality and system integrations.
• Collaborate with developers, technical leads, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality software.
• Participate in technical discussions, solution design, and code reviews.
• Troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Contribute to technical estimations and development planning.
• Identify and implement improvements to application performance, reliability, and maintainability.
