Job summary

Flosum is expanding its engineering team and seeks senior Node.js developers who will own sizable parts of our architecture and ship reliable production code used by Fortune 500 customers. You will work with engineering leadership, product managers, and the CEO to drive delivery velocity and platform capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Node.js production experience.
• Expert async programming, event loops and streams.
• Deep TypeScript usage in production codebases.
• Strong RESTful API design and API security patterns.
• SQL and NoSQL databases; performance-aware modeling.
• Git workflows and automated testing (unit/integration/e2E).
• Docker containers and cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure) and IaC basics.

Responsibilities

• Own significant parts of the architecture and ship production code.
• Build high-performance backend services and APIs for enterprise SaaS.
• Develop scalable Node.js microservices and Salesforce integrations.
• Collaborate with leadership on design decisions and code quality.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and developer productivity tooling.
