Flosum is seeking a senior Node.js developer to own major parts of our backend and platform. You will ship production-grade code powering enterprise customers, with a focus on security, reliability, and scale.

The role collaborates closely with engineering leadership and product teams, leveraging TypeScript, REST APIs, and cloud-native patterns. You will work in a remote-first environment with strong emphasis on ownership, speed, and craftsmanship, delivering high-impact features used by Fortune

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional Node.js production experience.
• Expert-level asynchronous programming, event loops, and backpressure concepts.
• In-depth TypeScript experience in production codebases.
• Strong RESTful API design with OAuth 2.0/JWT and API security practices.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve high-performance backend services and APIs for enterprise SaaS.
• Design secure, scalable Node.js microservices and Salesforce-integrated work.
• Collaborate on front-end experiences with Vue.js/TypeScript when needed.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, testing, and deployment automation.
