Job summary

A leading technology firm in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Senior Network Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a 24/7 Network Operations Center. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 10-15 years of experience in automation systems, SCADA integration, and a strong background in managing teams and projects. Responsibilities include managing dispatches, conducting testing, and improving processes. This role requires effective communication with both internal teams and customers, along with a willingness to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of experience in automation systems, power generation systems, and SCADA integration.
• Strong experience with MES/SCADA, PLCs, and industrial networks.
• Willingness to learn CODESYS.

Responsibilities

• Manage the dispatch of UIG and customer assets for load management.
• Oversee the design and maintenance of the UIG NOC.
• Conduct Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT).

Skills

Experience with OPC UA protocol

Strong analytical skills
