The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in enterprise network operations, a Bachelor’s degree, and expert knowledge of network security architecture. Flexibility for 24x7 on-call escalation is required. Visa sponsorship is not offered for this position.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise network operations or engineering experience in large-scale environments.
• Expert-level knowledge of network security architecture with focus on Palo Alto and Zscaler.
• Proven ability to lead major incidents under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the final escalation point for high-severity network incidents.
• Leads deep-diving root cause analysis and produces engineering-quality reports.
• Mentors junior NOC engineers and engages with vendors on escalated cases.
