Job summary

Nyla Technology Solutions seeks a senior NLP/ML engineer to push the boundaries of automated language processing for high‑stakes missions. You will design autonomous tokenization pipelines, POS annotation, and model evaluation against human baselines, using cutting-edge AI/LLM tooling.

Required are advanced Python/NLP skills and 7+ years of relevant experience, with a Bachelor’s degree (or 5+ years with a Master’s) in a technical field. A TS/SCI polygraph clearance is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in a technical field plus significant domain experience.
• Strong Python and NLP toolkit experience required.
• Education path can be substituted by extensive relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop NLP pipelines and tooling for tokenization, POS tagging, and normalization.
• Benchmark model performance against human baselines and document results.
