Job summary

Nyla Technology Solutions in Columbia, Maryland seeks a Technical AI Requirements Systems Engineer with an active TS/SCI polygraph. Lead requirements with customers, engineers, and AI stakeholders to define, validate, and deliver mission-critical software capabilities bridging AI and enterprise systems.

You will perform hands-on requirements definition and functional validation for enterprise applications, collaborate with Agile teams, and ensure solutions meet mission needs with clear technical

Qualifications

Experience eliciting and documenting detailed functional requirements from customers.
Proven ability to translate requirements into technical specifications.
Experience translating mission requirements into user stories and epics in Jira.
Hands-on testing of enterprise application features and integrations.
Strong technical liaison across multidisciplinary teams and AI stakeholders.
Awareness of modern AI/ML advancements and enterprise integration opportunities.
