Job summary

Nyla Technology Solutions is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to design, build, test, and productionize advanced models for mission-critical use. You will oversee data pipelines, representations, analyses, and iterative retraining, becoming the primary SME and technical leader for AI initiatives.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s in CS/CE/SE with 10+ years of software engineering experience, OR Master’s with 5+ years, OR high school diploma with 15+ years of hands‑on experience.
Experience shipping AI/ML models to production using standard frameworks and libraries.
Proven skills in data pipelines, feature selection, model verification/validation, monitoring, and retraining.

Responsibilities

Design, build, test, and productize AI/ML models for production-scale impact.
Oversee end-to-end lifecycle: data pipelines, representations, statistical analyses, and iterative retraining loops.
Lead test/evaluation protocols, assess data shifts, and guide cross-functional teams to mission-critical deployments.
