You will own the full lifecycle, including data pipelines, representations, analyses, and iterative retraining, serving as a technical leader for AI initiatives.

The role requires 10+ years of software engineering with hands-on PyTorch/TensorFlow experience and a track record of moving prototypes to scalable production systems, in a US Maryland location

Qualifications

Experience selecting, training, evaluating, and productizing AI/ML models using standard frameworks.
Hands-on pipeline interaction, data modeling, feature selection, and retraining based on feedback.
Bachelor's degree in a technical field with 10+ years of software engineering experience.

Responsibilities

Design, build, test, and productize AI/ML models for mission-critical applications.
Oversee data pipelines, representations, and statistical analyses for robust deployments.
