TRIAEM LLC seeks a Senior NLP/AI technical SETA SME to support mission-scale language systems, data pipelines, model development and governance. You will help evaluate approaches, risks, and results across R&D stakeholders.

You will translate complex technical information into actionable program artifacts and assist in milestone tracking while coordinating with cross-disciplinary teams. A technical seminar may be required during evaluations.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree in physics, mathematics, CS or related field.
• 8+ years of work experience in science/technical fields.
• Systems engineering in data-intensive environments.
• Knowledge of AI/ML including NLP, LLMs.
• Experience with NLP methods (text classification, NER, topic modeling).
• Experience building/evaluating NLP pipelines for mission environments.
• Understanding data architectures for large-scale analytics.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical SETA/SME support and evaluate approaches, risks, and results.
• Translate complex technical information into actionable recommendations for R&D stakeholders.
• Support program planning, milestones, and cross-disciplinary coordination.
• Prepare to communicate technical work during evaluations, including a short technical seminar.
