Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Technical SETA with an active TS/SCI clearance to provide lifecycle support for a high‑impact research program. You will act as the AI Subject Matter Expert, attending meetings, workshops, and testing events, guiding technical analyses and deliverables.

The role requires a strong background in AI/ML, data architectures, and systems engineering in data‑intensive environments, with responsibilities including program planning and milestone management.

Qualifications

• ACTIVE TS/SCI with polygraph is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in physics, mathematics, computer science, or relevant engineering fields.
• 8+ years of work experience in AI/ML, data architectures/pipelines, and systems integration.
• Knowledge of AI/ML (computer vision, NLP, predictive analytics, LLMs).
• Understanding of data architectures and pipelines for large-scale analytics/intelligence production.
• Familiarity with AI governance, data quality, and mission assurance in operational settings.
• Experience with R&D of spatiotemporal data, architectures, modeling and/or ML algorithms.
• Systems engineering and integration in complex, data-intensive environments.
• Experience creating program plans, work breakdown structures, and milestone schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide lifecycle support for a research program from development to transition as SME.
• Attend meetings, workshops, conferences, and testing events as Subject Matter Expert.
• Serve as SME in Artificial Intelligence within the program scope.
• Assist in planning, execution, and assessment of research tasks and milestones.
