Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in CS/AI or related field.
• 10+ years of professional AI/ML/Deep Learning experience.
• Expert Python with PyTorch, JAX, or TensorFlow.
• Production-ready experience with LLMs, NLP, CV, and ML deployment.
• Strong distributed training, GPU optimization, and MLOps knowledge.
• Cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP) for AI workloads.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI/ML solutions.
• Architect scalable training, inference, and MLOps pipelines.
• Develop and fine-tune LLMs and multimodal models.
• Build AI apps using RAG, vectorDBs, embeddings, prompts, and agentic AI.
• Design ML pipelines for NLP, CV, recommendations, and analytics.
• Optimize performance, latency, and scalability across cloud/distributed infra.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product stakeholders.
• Establish governance, security, monitoring, and lifecycle practices.
• Mentor junior AI engineers and contribute to architecture reviews.
• Evaluate new AI tech and foundation models for innovation.
