Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a highly experienced NLP AI Engineer with 10+ years of experience in AI, ML, and NLP to design, fine-tune, optimize, and deploy enterprise-scale LLMs. The role requires expertise in PyTorch, transformer architectures, distributed training, RLHF, DPO, model evaluation, and MLOps for production environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, NLP, or LLM engineering.
• Master’s or Ph.D. in CS/AI/ML/NLP or equivalent experience.
• Expert Python with PyTorch and transformer architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design, fine-tune, and optimize LLMs using SFT, LoRA, QLoRA, RLHF, DPO, PPO, and PEFT.
• Build scalable distributed training pipelines on GPU clusters.
• Develop datasets, synthetic data pipelines, and evaluation frameworks to improve model accuracy.
• Optimize GPU training, inference, and model serving at scale.
• Implement RAG pipelines, embedding models, and vector search.
