Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in night vision, warfighter systems, or defense tech.
• Ability to translate customer needs into technical requirements.
• DoD Secret clearance eligible; active clearance preferred.
• Experience leading complex product initiatives without direct PM.
• Strong communication and cross‑functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for one or more product groups within Warfighter Systems.
• Translate customer needs into clear technical requirements and roadmaps.
• Guide cross‑functional teams on architecture and technology direction.
• Support development, cost, schedule, and risk management for projects.
• Engage with domestic and international customers to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with TSDEF and other business units to leverage shared technologies.
