Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead and drive its Machine Identity & Agentic AI Governance program end-to-end in a large enterprise. You will oversee the rollout of the NHI governance platform, define workflows for machine identities, and collaborate with IAM, Cloud, and Cybersecurity teams to establish scalable controls.

Qualifications

• Experience in IAM, especially Identity Governance and/or Non-Human Identity programs.
• Strong technical project or program management skills with risk assessment and coordination capabilities.
• Knowledge of modern integration tech including APIs, cloud platforms, and enterprise system integrations.
• Familiarity with authentication/authorization tech: OAuth, OIDC, SAML, API keys.
• Business analysis experience with requirements gathering and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end rollout of the NHI governance platform across the enterprise, including integrations with cloud platforms and internal systems.
• Establish intake, assessment, and approval workflows for machine identities and AI credentials.
• Develop dashboards and reports to provide visibility into machine identity posture.
