Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a global services and media client in New York, NY with optional remote work outside NYC. You will drive the rollout of a non-human identity governance platform, build operational models, and partner with IAM, Cloud, and Cybersecurity teams to enable governance across the enterprise.

You will create runbooks and docs, monitor risk, and report on metrics to demonstrate maturation and risk reduction while engaging stakeholders across business

Qualifications

• Experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), preferably including Identity Governance and Non-Human Identity (NHI) programs.
• Ability to gather requirements and produce technical requirement documents and design documents.
• Strong project management skills to keep complex implementations on track and surface risks early.

Responsibilities

• NHI Governance Platform Rollout & Operationalization across client environment and cloud integrations.
• Develop dashboards, alerting, and reporting for real-time visibility into machine identity posture.
• Establish intake, assessment, and approval workflows for new machine identities and credentials.
