Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a skilled Identity Management specialist to manage Broadcom IDM implementations, connectors, and workflow development. You will ensure secure provisioning across enterprise systems and guide integration patterns that fit PepsiCo standards.

You will collaborate with IT teams to define requirements, troubleshoot complex IDM issues, and document security metrics while supporting a robust identity lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Five years of information security experience in identity management and recertification services.
• Five years of CA Identity Management (IDM) or equivalent product development and configuration.
• Development of workflows, custom connectors and troubleshooting issues with CA IDM or equivalent technology; Java, JavaScript and XML.
• Four years of Linux and Windows experience; JBOSS, Apache, SUN LDAP and related technologies.
• Three years of CA Governance Minder or equivalent recertification product experience.

Responsibilities

• Define technical requirements for Broadcom Identity Management (CA IDM) and ensure proper architecture/design.
• Develop/implement Identity Manager functionality to meet business needs.
• Specify integration, administration and maintenance guidelines for Identity Management tools; select patterns for applications needing services.
• Create and maintain documentation for security activities and metrics reporting via CA IDM and Recertification tools.
