Job summary

Eversource Energy in New Hampshire seeks a Senior Control Center Supervisor to provide direction and strategic oversight for NH System Operators. You will oversee dispatching operations, initiate corrective actions, and ensure safe, compliant work in line with policies and procedures.

The role requires experience in supervision, 5+ years in dispatching or related fields, and a NERC Transmission Operator Certification (or ability to obtain within six months).

Qualifications

• Five or more years of related dispatching or control operations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or equivalent experience.
• NERC Transmission Operator Certification required or can be obtained within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Direct mobilization of field resources to respond to abnormal system conditions.
• Recall NH System Operators 24x7 to ensure adequate response.
• Coordinate incident notifications to customers and stakeholders.
• Participate in hiring, evaluation, promotion, and discipline processes for NH System Operators.
• Manage performance with coaching, feedback, and training to meet standards.
• Foster teamwork, remove obstacles, and encourage cross-functional collaboration.
