Twist Bioscience is seeking a Next Generation Sequencing Sales Specialist to drive revenue and growth in the California territory. You will forecast revenue, manage strategic customer relationships, and collaborate with product, R&D and operations to shorten time to revenue.
The role requires a strong track record of meeting financial targets, deep NGS knowledge, and experience selling life science reagents. Base compensation in California includes bonus, equity, and generous benefits.
Qualifikationen
- 5+ years of experience selling life science reagents and solutions.
- Demonstrated technical knowledge of Next Generation Sequencing applications.
- Experience in technical sales and field applications is preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus.
Aufgaben
- Attain quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Deliver accurate and timely forecasts for the territory.
- Develop and manage key relationships with customers at multiple levels.
- Develop contingency and risk mitigation plans for the region.
- Develop and execute supply agreements to support new and existing business.
- Collaborate with product management, R&D and operations to minimize time to revenue.
- Maintain CRM data up to date and represent the company at tradeshows.
