• Execute NGS library preparation, target enrichment, and sequencing workflows.
• Process samples for NGS analysis to meet production schedules.
• Perform routine molecular biology tasks and maintain equipment.
• Troubleshoot issues to ensure workflow continuity.
• Maintain accurate batch records and documentation.
• Analyze experimental data and contribute to interpretation of results.
• Support development and optimization of NGS protocols.
• Maintain organized digital files for sequencing runs.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 13485 and internal quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams under aggressive timelines.
