Job summary

Twist Bioscience Corporation seeks a Next Generation Sequencing Sales Specialist to drive revenue in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will forecast accurately, manage strategic customer relationships, and collaborate with product management, R&D, and operations to shorten time to revenue.

You will bring 5+ years selling life science reagents and NGS target enrichment products, with strong technical knowledge of NGS applications, and experience using Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience selling life science reagents and NGS target enrichment products.
• Proven ability to hit quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Strong knowledge of NGS applications and related workflows.
• Background in technical sales or field applications preferred.
• Experience maintaining up-to-date CRM data and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Meet quarterly and annual revenue targets from commission plans.
• Deliver accurate forecasts for the territory.
• Develop and manage relationships with customers at multiple levels.
• Develop risk mitigation plans for the region.
• Negotiate supply agreements to support business.
• Collaborate with product management, R&D, and operations to shorten time to revenue.
• Maintain CRM with current information and represent the company at tradeshows.
• Provide customer feedback and identify unmet needs for new products.
