Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in the life sciences industry.
• 5+ years in molecular diagnostic or clinical laboratory.
• 5+ years in next generation sequencing.
• Advanced proficiency in molecular biology techniques and Real-Time PCR.
• Knowledge of CAP, CLIA, IVDR, and FDA regulations.
• Strong data analysis skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Receive and document incoming customer communications.
• Troubleshoot customer questions related to reagents, consumables, and assay issues with internal teams.
• Lead root cause investigations and design experiments to resolve issues.
• Conduct bench level experiments across product areas.
• Prepare technical reports with specifications for teams and supervisors.
• Develop training materials and train customers.
• Coordinate with development and marketing for new product implementations.
• Prepare detailed technical protocols and communicate customer feedback to development.
