Job summary

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or higher in life sciences; or Master’s with 2+ years of life sciences experience.
• 3+ years in life sciences industry or related field.
• 3+ years analyzing data with Excel or JMP.
• 2+ years in a molecular diagnostics/clinical laboratory.
• Proficient with molecular biology techniques and Real-Time-PCR assays.
• Strong understanding of statistical methods in biology/genetics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Receive and document incoming laboratory investigation requests.
• Troubleshoot reagent, consumables, and assay related issues with stakeholders.
• Lead root cause analysis, experiment design, and data analysis; provide technical guidance.
• Conduct bench level experiments across product areas.
• Prepare technical validation/verification plans, SOPs, and summaries.
• Communicate laboratory feedback to development for process improvements.
• Draft and distribute enterprise-wide supplier communications.
• Provide on-site, phone, and email technical support.
