Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Customer Success Engineer to drive end-to-end technical execution and customer value. You will implement custom integrations, guide NGFW deployments, and work with CISOs and technical teams worldwide to ensure secure, scalable outcomes.

You will leverage NGFW features, deliver training, and influence product adoption while coordinating with account teams on strategic delivery plans.

Qualifications

• 8+ years relevant work experience in Network Engineering, Architecture, Security Engineering, technical consulting, or similar roles.
• Advanced experience in supporting common end user software (Windows, Mac, Linux).
• Advanced experience with Salesforce, JIRA, Gainsight and Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Provide deep product-level expertise across NGFW setup, deployment, adoption, and optimization.
• Guide version rollouts, deliver product advisory, and manage complex escalations.
• Deliver customer training and knowledge sharing workshops as needed.
• Act as a customer advocate to improve product adoption and drive strategic alignment.
• Mentor and guide junior colleagues within the team.
