Job summary

Epia Neuro in Alameda, CA is seeking a hands-on, full-time recruiter to own the end-to-end hiring process across engineering, clinical, and regulatory roles. You will report to the COO and partner with hiring managers who care deeply about who joins their teams and want help getting it right.

This is hands-on work. You’ll source passive candidates, design interview loops, and close every hire while growing Epia’s employer brand.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting with hands-on ownership of a full search load.
• Proven ability to source and close candidates across multiple engineering disciplines such as ASIC, electrical, firmware, or robotics.
• Experience influencing hiring managers on role scope, level, and compensation, using data to support decisions.
• Ability to manage many searches at once without sacrificing quality or candidate experience.
• Exceptional sourcing skills with hard-to-reach passive candidates.
• Comfort using recruiting data to identify bottlenecks and make clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own searches end to end across ASIC, electrical, firmware, robotics, software, systems, and test engineering, as well as clinical, quality, and regulatory roles.
• Personally source passive candidates who would make a move for the right mission, using AI tools, communities, and referrals.
• Partner with hiring managers at intake to shape the role, level, and bar, and bring data to back decisions on requirements and compensation.
• Design structured interview loops with hiring teams to ensure fair and consistent evaluations.
• Learn Epia Neuro’s technology and path to patients to talk credibly with engineers, clinicians, and regulatory specialists.
• Own the close on every hire, from shaping the offer strategy to getting to yes.
• Make sure candidates understand what we’re building and why it matters, even if they aren’t offered.
• Track pipeline health, conversion rates, time-to-fill, and source effectiveness to guide searches.
• Build templates, interview kits, and hiring manager training as gaps appear.
• Grow Epia’s employer brand through job posts, LinkedIn, and conferences.
