Qualifications

• Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience in healthcare sales / MSL / HCP roles.
• Ability to communicate scientific or clinical data accurately to help physicians best serve their patients.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain credibility with key customers and office staff.
• Experience in Neurology preferred.
• Proven account management skills and sales performance track record.

Responsibilities

• Promotes approved indications of BMS products within a defined territory to meet or exceed sales targets in a compliant manner.
• Articulates the clinical and scientific rationale for use of products in appropriate patients.
• Maintains high level of scientific expertise on emerging data for assigned indications.
• Prepares and implements territory and account plans.
• Uses CE3 to derive insights and inform call plans; provides feedback to leadership for improvement.
