Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist in the Philadelphia area to drive demand for BMS medicines within Psychiatry/Neurology portfolio, engaging HCPs with scientific dialogue and a patient-centric approach.

As a field-based TAS, you will build credibility, deliver CE^3-informed call plans, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and promote compliant, evidence-based messaging to physicians, office staff, and medical groups across assigned territory.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced scientific degree required; 5+ years pharma/biotech sales/MSL experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate scientific/clinical data to physicians and clinicians.
• Experience building credibility with key customers and driving Customer Experience (Cx).
• Neurology experience preferred.
• Strong selling and promotional skills with proven performance.
• Cross-functional collaboration across field teams.

Aufgaben

• Promotes approved indications of BMS products within a defined territory to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Articulates clinical rationale for product use to appropriate patients.
• Maintains scientific expertise and provides accurate information to HCPs.
• Organizes external speaker programs and CE^3-enabled insights for call planning.
• Collaborates with other field teams to optimize Customer Experience (Cx).
