Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Scientist in In Vivo Pharmacology to advance translational neuroscience programs in Cambridge. You will perform in vivo studies in mice, analyze PD and efficacy readouts, and help develop new assays and models.

Collaboration with CROs and cross-functional teams is essential for program strategy. The role requires advanced degrees and extensive experience in neuroscience and delivery of genetic medicines across the CNS.

Qualifications

• PhD in Neuroscience or related field is required.
• Extensive expertise in genetic medicines, especially siRNA/ASO delivery across BBB.
• Experience with rodent models of neurodegenerative or neuromuscular disease.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in vivo pharmacology studies in mice (dosing, tissue collection).
• Analyze PD and efficacy readouts including mRNA/protein, pathology, physiology.
• Develop assays and mouse models; manage studies at CROs.
• Contribute to program strategy and evaluate external assets.
