Job summary

Texas Children’s Hospital is seeking a Senior Electroneurodiagnostic Technologist to perform EEGs, long-term video monitoring, evoked potentials, and polysomnography within established policies. The role emphasizes patient safety, quality testing, and accurate analysis of findings.

Responsibilities include training, documentation in medical records, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Candidates should have 2 years END experience, and appropriate CNIM/REEGT/RPSGT certifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Licensure/certifications CNIM, REEGT, or RPSGT are required.
• Minimum 2 years of Electroneurodiagnostic experience including clinical rotations.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality patient-centered neurodiagnostic testing.
• Perform routine and complex neurodiagnostic procedures per ABRET/ACNS guidelines and ASET competencies.
• Ensure electrode application adheres to the International 10-20 System.
• Maintain patient safety through clear communication.
• Demonstrate waveform recognition and knowledge of neurophysiology and infection control.
