Job summary

Children's Health is seeking a Neurodiagnostic Technologist to perform advanced neurodiagnostic procedures including EEG and long-term video EEG monitoring across care settings. The role emphasizes quality recordings, patient safety, and collaboration with the healthcare team.

The technologist will adapt procedures to patient needs, supervise junior staff, and pursue ongoing education while maintaining compliance with ABRET, ACNS, and institutional policies.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years experience as an EEG technologist.
  • Preferred: credentialed in ABRET EEG and Evoked Potentials.
  • Experience with long-term EEG monitoring and adult/pediatric patients.

Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced neurodiagnostic procedures including routine and continuous EEG.
  • Maintain high-quality recordings with adherence to ACNS guidelines.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and procedures independently within established procedures.
  • Onboard and orient new EEG team members to department workflows.
  • Support interdisciplinary teams and communicate findings to clinicians.
