Job summary

NVIDIA's Enterprise Experience Solutions Engineering team seeks a senior Computer or Software Engineer to specialize in networking for AI clusters. You will work across R&D and customer support, applying C and Python to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize high-speed interconnects such as InfiniBand, NVLink, and Spectrum-X.

You will interact with multiple NVIDIA teams, own root-cause analysis, and help deliver robust networking solutions for demanding AI workloads.

Qualifications

BS in Computer, Electrical, or Software Engineering (or equivalent)
8+ years of C or Python in Linux/embedded systems
Experience with Linux NIC drivers, SDN, DPUs/SmartNICs
3+ years supporting end customers, partners, or integrators for network equipment
Strong system software and driver expertise
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Desire to learn innovative AI networking tech

Responsibilities

Assist network and AI cluster support teams in reproducing and root-causing customer issues
Work with R&D teams to develop fixes and workarounds for critical customers
Become an authority in NVIDIA network technologies (InfiniBand, NVLink, Spectrum-X)
Analyze network performance and make tuning recommendations for high-performance networks
Develop support and analysis tools for field issue root cause
Use AI tools for software development, logging, tracing, and debugging
Occasional weekend/holiday support for customers
