In this role, you will bridge customer support and R&D teams to resolve critical networking issues. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing software.
• 5+ years supporting end-customers for network equipment.
• Experience with Linux NIC drivers, switch ASICs, embedded network device firmware.

Responsibilities

• Assist support teams in resolving networking issues.
• Work with R&D on bug fixes for NVIDIA’s network technologies.
• Develop support and analysis tools to resolve customer field issues.
