American Eagle is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise networking initiatives across our corporate infrastructure. You will align business goals with robust, highly available networking solutions and drive multi-site infrastructure improvements worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, Network Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of direct PM experience leading complex IT infrastructure and network initiatives.
• Strong networking knowledge including SD-WAN, LAN/WAN, firewalls, data center architecture, and cloud connectivity.
• Proven track record delivering global network migrations and large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Experience holding external vendors to strict SLAs.
• PM certification preferred; networking certs a major plus.
• Desirable experience in fashion retail operations, supply chain, or store connectivity.
• Excellent strategic planning, communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Atlassian Cloud (Jira, Confluence), Miro, and Monday.com; and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Define project roadmaps, critical paths, and resource allocations for enterprise networking initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of global networking initiatives (data centers, migrations, firewall and switch migrations).
• Collaborate with telecom vendors and internal teams to meet infrastructure goals.
• Deliver progress reports, executive updates, and technical/audit documentation.
• Manage dependencies, scope changes, and change management during high-risk maintenance windows.
• Develop standardized PM practices and tooling for network deployments.
• Support vendor negotiations and manage vendor relationships for accountability and cost efficiency.
• Supervise project teams, network engineers, and external vendors/contractors.
