Job summary

AEG Global Technology seeks a Manager, Network Infrastructure to deploy and manage network services, security, and wireless platforms across US venues and enterprise environments. You will lead on-site event support, escalate critical issues after-hours, and drive lifecycle management aligned with security and governance.

The role requires a BA/BS in IT, 4–6 years in similar leadership, and the ability to travel domestically.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in IT or related field.
• 4–6 years in network infrastructure leadership roles.
• Experience with large-scale multi-site enterprise networks.
• Ability to coach and develop network staff.
• Strong relationships with venue tech, business stakeholders and security teams.

Responsibilities

• Line manage US-based network engineers and contractors.
• Provide escalation support for critical incidents, including after-hours.
• Maintain and secure network infrastructure, patching and monitoring.
• Plan, budget and prioritize network projects with stakeholders.
• Project manage network initiatives through full lifecycle.
• Design scalable and secure network solutions aligned with standards.
• Maintain design docs, runbooks, and SOPs for network services.
