Qualifications

3+ years of experience building distributed systems.
Strong ability to deliver software with cross-team stakeholders.
Solid computer science fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and software design.
Hands-on production code experience; C++ required.
Interest in networking, observability and how architecture affects availability.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and collaboration.

Responsibilities

Understand and improve the current MongoDB networking and observability codebase.
Lead medium-sized projects related to networking code or observability frameworks from design to delivery.
