Job summary

MongoDB's Networking & Observability team in New York City or remote within the United States is seeking engineers to help build and enhance the core networking and observability stack of our distributed database.

You will contribute to low-overhead observability, improve connectivity between distributed processes, and push for performance, availability, and scalability across releases. Strong CS fundamentals and a passion for networking are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience building distributed systems.
• Hands-on production-level C++ code experience required.
• Interested in networking, observability, and how architecture affects availability.
