Base Career seeks an experienced engineer to design, develop, and scale high-performance network monitoring platforms covering RDMA, RoCE, InfiniBand and TCP/IP networks. You will build backend telemetry services and observability dashboards, while diagnosing and troubleshooting complex production issues across the stack.

The role requires a technical degree and strong systems programming in C++, Go, or Rust, with distributed systems and Linux networking expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field is required.
• Strong programming experience in systems languages like C++, Go, or Rust.
• Proven experience with distributed systems, Linux networking, and high-performance network fabrics.

Responsibilities
