Qualifications

• Designs for high-speed Ethernet switching (100G/200G PAM4).
• Authoring specifications and schematics for complex boards.
• Collaborate with CAD, software, and test teams.
• DFM for mass production.

Responsibilities

• Authoring functional specs for high power and high density Ethernet switches.
• Select and qualify components.
• Schematic Capture and PCB layout collaboration.
• Run signal integrity simulations for power and datapath signals.
• Specify PCB stackup and fabrication details with vendors.
• Work with contract manufacturers from prototype to production.
• Lab bring up and debug of prototypes.
• Drive complex system debug across software, hardware, and test teams.
• Mentor younger engineers.
