Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in hardware engineering.

• Familiarity with high-speed interfaces and multi-layer boards.

Responsibilities

• Authoring functional specifications for high-power Ethernet switches.
• Selecting and qualifying components and prototyping.
• Schematic capture and design verification with tools.
• PCB layout collaboration with mechanical and eCAD teams.
• Run signal integrity simulations on power and datapath signals.
• Collaborate with CM for proto to production handoff.
• Lab bring-up, debugging prototypes, and design validation.
• Mentor and guide other engineers in the team.
