Qualifications

• Requires a BS EE or MS EE degree.
• 10+ years in hardware engineering for networking hardware.
• Experience with high-speed Ethernet 100G/200G PAM4 is required.
• Proven ability to take products from concept to production.

Responsibilities

• Author functional specifications for high power, high density Ethernet switches.
• Select and qualify components; create schematics and layouts.
• Collaborate with CAD, software and test teams for validation and debugging.
• Mentor junior engineers and guide cross-functional teams.
• Lead lab bring-up, production readiness, and DFx for manufacturability.
