Herc Rentals is seeking a senior leader to own the implementation and operation of the network and voice infrastructure across the Herc enterprise. You will guide the Cisco and Fortinet environment, ensure stability, performance, and governance of core services, and drive strategic initiatives with cross-functional teams.

The role requires extensive hands-on experience, vendor management, and budget accountability, with travel up to 25% as needed for large-scale projects.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise network and voice solutions.
• Hands-on Cisco routing, switching, wireless and Fortinet security infrastructure.
• Experience with Cisco WebEx Calling & Contact Center or similar platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Provide senior leadership and strategic oversight for network and voice teams.
• Develop and execute the roadmap for network and voice infrastructure evolution.
• Collaborate with executives and IT units on technology strategy and projects.
• Oversee documentation of processes, workflows, and standards.
• Serve as the senior operational lead for managed services and SLAs.
• Manage departmental budgeting, capital/expense planning and forecasting.
• Oversee performance analytics and present executive summaries.
• Lead major upgrades, deployments, and infrastructure transformation initiatives.
• Mentor and retain top network/voice engineering talent.
