Job summary

SAIC is seeking a qualified IT Systems Engineer to develop custom tools that pull data from various products via APIs and present it on a dashboard. The role requires coordination with a small team and occasional DoS-related duties, with on-site start and limited on-site work later.

You will work closely with network engineering to deliver DoS services to a global customer base, ensuring secure authentication and robust deployment practices. A Top Secret upgrade is anticipated.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/computer engineering with 18+ years experience, or an advanced degree with fewer years.
• Experience implementing custom coded solutions in large enterprise/global networks.
• Solid understanding of end user security and authentication.
• Experience with Visual Studio, SQL, C#, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• US Citizenship with ability to obtain a TS clearance.

Responsibilities

• Build, design, test and deploy systems for monitoring and management of a network of Cisco routers/switches, Microsoft servers and workstations, and various monitoring products.
• Collaborate with technical SMEs on deployment and participate in technical working groups and technical advisory boards.
• Document the code developed and the usage parameters of products designed.
