Job summary

SAIC seeks a senior software engineer to design and implement custom tools that pull data from various products via APIs and present them in dashboards. You will work in a small team, coordinate with developers/DBAs, and test and integrate code into final products for the DoS mission.

The role requires a US citizenship, active Secret clearance with TS upgrade potential, and deep experience with Visual Studio, SQL, C#, HTML/CSS/JavaScript in large enterprise networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a computer science/computer engineering related discipline and 18+ years of experience; Masters and 16 years; May accept additional years of experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience implementing custom coded solutions in large enterprise/global networks.
• Solid understanding of end user security and authentication.
• Experience with Visual Studio, SQL, C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

Responsibilities

• Build, design, test and deploy systems for monitoring and management of a network comprising Cisco routers/switches, Microsoft servers and various monitoring products.
• Collaborate with technical SMEs on deployment and participate in technical working groups and advisory boards.
• Document the code developed and the usage parameters of products designed.
