Job summary

SAIC seeks a highly skilled professional to develop custom coded tools to extract data via APIs and present it in dashboards. You will align with a small team, coordinate with developers/DBAs, and manage planning, implementation, configuration, and testing of code integration into final products.

The role requires collaboration with network engineering and operations for data retrieval, on-site DoS support with limited remote work, and a path to DoS badge alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a computer science/computer engineering related discipline and 18+ years of experience; Masters and 16 years; May accept additional years of experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience implementing custom coded solutions in large enterprise/global networks.
• Solid understanding of end user security and authentication.

Responsibilities

• Works directly with the customer or contractor management to build, design, test and deploy systems for monitoring and management of a network comprised of Cisco routers/switches, Microsoft servers and workstations, and a wide variety of monitoring products.
• Collaborate with technical SMEs on deployment and participate in technical working groups and contribute to technical advisory boards when necessary.
• Assist in documenting the code developed and the usage parameters of products designed.
